Richards was the director of Art Depot Gallery and the Art Depot Annex from 2005-2010, and has been the gallery director for Richland College in Dallas from 2009-2012. He has coordinated over 120 exhibits since 2005 including exhibits for the RJP Nomadic Gallery, The Cube, and Culture Laboratory.
